fastidiousness
keeping soil in good condition
To give the tomatoes flavor and depth, we test the ratio of oyster shells and bamboo powder, and add our own solution to this, researching from the soil preparation stage. The use of custom-made Styrofoam allows for air permeability, which has successfully increased the absorption rate of nutrients.
Handcrafted by artisans
The artisans' many years of experience and knowledge are combined with the latest technology to produce high quality tomatoes by precisely calculating the number of leaves to be raked, the number of leaves to be picked, and other details.
Pollination by bumblebees
Normally, hormones are used to pollinate tomatoes, but at Morie Sanshoku, bumblebees are flown in to assist with pollination. We cultivate safe and secure tomatoes without using pesticides as much as possible.
Harvesting ripe tomatoes
Cultivation of high-sugar tomatoes is done by minimizing water content, which concentrates sweetness, acidity, and flavor. We wait until the tomatoes are red and fully ripe before harvesting, which adds to the freshly picked aroma and taste.
How to recognize a good tomato

2) Cholesterol prevention
It has also been found that lycopene intake increases good cholesterol (HDL), which collects excess cholesterol, and has an inhibitory effect on oxidation.

Health and Beauty
Vitamin C and lycopene contained in tomatoes have high antioxidant power and suppress active oxygen, so they are effective for beautiful skin and recovery from fatigue.

It also stimulates metabolism, which helps in weight loss, and lowers the levels of cholesterol and neutral fat, which is useful in recovering from fatigue.
